The general life time of the app should look like 4 stages:

Pre-Registration
Registration
Active Hackathon
Post-Hackathon

Then the post hackathon will be active until we start the next pre-registration phase or we could go straight into it. I would like to make this very fluid with bloom. It could be best to have one hackathon platform and the actual name / branding of the next hackathon is a branch that just gets put into release for the next pre-registration phase for when the current hackathon cycle is over.

I'm going to give this a try with a next repo called hackathon and that will be our codebase based off of bloom and the feedback we got aswell as documention for planning multiple hackathons.

The general life time of the app should look like 4 stages:
Pre-Registration

Registration

Active Hackathon

Post-Hackathon
Then the post hackathon will be active until we start the next pre-registration phase or we could go straight into it. I would like to make this very fluid with bloom. It could be best to have one hackathon platform and the actual name / branding of the next hackathon is a branch that just gets put into release for the next pre-registration phase for when the current hackathon cycle is over.
I'm going to give this a try with a next repo called hackathon and that will be our codebase based off of bloom and the feedback we got aswell as documention for planning multiple hackathons.
