chore: add Linux optional dependencies for LightningCSS

[cs-raj]

Add lightningcss-linux-x64-gnu and lightningcss-linux-x64-musl as optionalDependencies and regenerate lockfile so Linux CI environments can resolve native platform binaries without hitting the npm optional dependency bug.
