Changes

This PR includes two updates, especially aimed improving the experience for first-time users:

  1. Enhanced the README with a new section for 'installation troubleshooting tips' to help first-time users resolve common issues quickly.
  2. Refactored the internal/cmd package to use the handleError utility function for consistent and user-friendly error handling.
