simplecpp.cpp changes must be merges from upstream. The changes are included in cppcheck-opensource/simplecpp#421. I will see if we can get that PR merged without the additional fixes.

We still need to merge the MinGW stuff to make sure that is working. I will already prepare a draft though as we need Cppcheck side changes.

I want to tag and merge but there are open PRs i.e. about the search paths that I feel deserve to get in in our next release..
