GLOBAL_QUALIFY_LIST.txtとPRIMARY_OVERLOAD_SPECIALIZATION.txtを自動ソートするスクリプトを追加しました。
現状ではソート済みかを判定するCIまでは入れなくてもいいかなと思って入れていませんが、やろうと思えばすぐできるようにはしてあります。
(ソート結果をファイルの書き込まずに、ソート前とソート後を比較すればいい)
たまに実行しましょう。
