SkillInstaller::SHIPPED_SKILLS_DIR resolves relative to the running dev, which under Homebrew is the versioned Cellar path (/opt/homebrew/Cellar/dev/<version>/libexec/dev/share/cursor-skills). Every upgrade purges the old Cellar, so ~/.cursor/skills/ai-flow and capture-learning dangle until the first hook run (dev up / install-deps / dev plan / learnings sync) re-points them — observed after the 0.2.76 → 0.2.77 upgrade.

Linking through brew's version-stable /opt/homebrew/opt/dev/... path instead of the resolved Cellar path would close the window: the opt symlink flips atomically on upgrade and the links never dangle. Needs a brew-aware mapping (Cellar realpath → opt path) with the current behavior as fallback for non-brew installs (source checkouts must keep resolving to themselves).

Follow-up to #128; not urgent — the current behavior self-heals on first hook.
