What

Makes the shared search box controlled and debounced, keeps URL-backed player/guild searches synchronized, preserves focus across route changes, and lets existing filtered pages update as the user types.

Why

The earlier cumulative branch mixed this behavior with unrelated page rewrites. This PR isolates the reusable search behavior and only updates the three callers that need explicit navigation.

Independence

Based directly on upstream main; no Cloudflare or Emissary service is used.

Checks

  • TypeScript and Vite production build pass
  • git diff --check passes
  • Oxlint retains existing repository findings and reports non-fatal style warnings

Opened as a draft for review of the 300 ms debounce and URL replacement behavior.
