Remove the unused bundle/docsgen documentation generator - #5568

bundle/docsgen (added in #2033) generated the DABs configuration reference markdown (reference.md/resources.md). It has been superseded by the docs-only JSON schema added in #4414 (bundle/schema/jsonschema_for_docs.json), which is now the source of truth for the published documentation; docsgen's output is no longer consumed anywhere. Remove the package along with its call sites and references across the repository. Co-authored-by: Isaac

The removed bundle/docsgen generator was its last caller, so the deadcode check now flags it. The test exercises the unexported typePath directly and is unaffected. Co-authored-by: Isaac

Main removed the unused bundle/docsgen generator (#5568); the docs-only schema jsonschema_for_docs.json is the published-docs source of truth and already carries this branch's launch-stage prefixes and enum labels, so the branch's docsgen changes are dropped with the package (modify/delete conflicts resolved by deleting). PreviewTag's comment no longer claims to be shared with the docs generator. Co-authored-by: Isaac
