Adds an ## MCP server section between the agent-skill and npm-package sections, plus a nav-bar entry.

An agent that speaks MCP but has no shell — Claude Desktop, an IDE chat pane, a hosted agent — currently has no documented way into DeckProbe. The skill section assumes a shell, and nothing in the README names the server that serves the same engine over MCP.

The section gives the one-line install for Claude Code and the mcpServers snippet for everything else, names the four tools, and says when to reach for the skill instead.

@deckflow/deckprobe-mcp@0.1.1 is published to npm and listed in the MCP Registry as io.github.deckflow/deckprobe. Source: https://github.com/deckflow/deckprobe-mcp-server

README-only; no code paths touched.
