I appreciate the consideration, Defisym! I've updated the CND & EXP jump tables, whilst the ACT jump table has gone untouched due to me adding no extra actions. Let me know if there's any other adjustments I need to make before the pull request can be accepted. |

Adds 1 new condition ("is running in sub-app") and 2 new expressions ("get number of frames") and ("get number of layers").
If there are any mistakes regarding the syntax for referencing either the number of frames or number of layers, you should be able to find the info needed in cncr.h and/or cncy.h. I was originally going to compile this myself, but due to missing libraries I was unsuccessful. I would appreciate a new build being compiled for me to use if this pull request gets accepted.
