With thousands of records in the database, performance has become an issue.

Usability issues include:

  • The inability to view relevant fields of the contextual record from within the confines of the modal Link Manager dialog (e.g., Declaration.signatories or Publication.authors)

Poorly performing aspects include:

  • Rendering of master-detail pages slowed by unnecessary GraphQL query execution (e.g., Log and Comment queries when the corresponding dialog is not open)
  • GraphQL query execution
  • Select drop-down activation with a large number of items
