Browser Extension - force reload of glossary file URL

If the glossary file is modified, currently there is no way to force contextive to reload them from the source URL

Describe the solution you'd like

A 'reload' action available per glossary file, or per workspace, to force a reload, and perhaps a visual indicator (e.g. timestamp) of when it was last loaded).

Toggling the 'active' status of the workspace actually does currently force all glossary files to be reloaded, so this isn't needed until there is more sophisticated caching of glossary file data.
