Now providing msys 2.0 for the unix tools and pacman goodness.

OSX & linux users can obtain pacman from https://github.com/devkitPro/pacman/releases/latest. You will still need to use the appropiate perl script to obtain the toolchains for now but we hope to provide pacman packages for those in the near future.

Now providing msys 2.0 for the unix tools and pacman goodness.
OSX & linux users can obtain pacman from https://github.com/devkitPro/pacman/releases/latest. You will still need to use the appropiate perl script to obtain the toolchains for now but we hope to provide pacman packages for those in the near future.
