feat(seo): add bilingual route-specific Open Graph images

Summary

• add the 12 approved bilingual Open Graph PNG assets under public/img/og/brand-v1/
• map one localized image and exact manifest alt to each of the 12 indexable routes
• emit og:site_name=devrodri, localized OG locales, PNG type, and matching Twitter image/alt metadata
• extend route and prerender verification for exact images, hashes, dimensions, metadata, canonical origin, and legacy OG exclusions

Validation

• npm run ci with Node 22
• 33 test files / 362 tests passed
• full build, prerender, sitemap/robots, and static HTTP verification passed
• local 12/12 HTML and 12/12 PNG requests passed with exact hashes and image/png
• Chrome smoke test passed on representative ES/EN routes with no page exceptions, error overlay, or console.error

Boundaries

• Draft only; do not merge yet
• no production deploy or manual Vercel deploy
• Structured Data, visible copy, sitemap, robots, legacy assets, and visual system remain unchanged
