Repository files navigation

This README would normally document whatever steps are necessary to get the application up and running.

Things you may want to cover:

  • Ruby version

rails version:

4.2.0
  • System dependencies

  • Configuration

  • Database creation

    This example includes an example database sqlite3

  • Database initialization

  • How to run the test suite

  • Services (job queues, cache servers, search engines, etc.)

  • Deployment instructions

clone the repository and run bundle intall

git clone https://github.com/diegopiccinini/sortable_list.git
gem 'jquery-ui-rails'

aplication.js to add this: //= require jquery-ui

...
//= require jquery
//= require jquery_ujs
//= require jquery-ui
//= require turbolinks
//= require_tree .
...

aplication.css to add this: *= require jquery-ui

...
 * You're free to add application-wide styles to this file and they'll appear at the bottom of the
 * compiled file so the styles you add here take precedence over styles defined in any styles
 * defined in the other CSS/SCSS files in this directory. It is generally better to create a new
 * file per style scope.
 *= require jquery-ui
 *= require_tree .
 *= require_self
 ...

in this case I use a scaffold

bin/rails generate scaffold slide title:string position:integer

In this case slides.css and slides.coffee, you can see the code in this repo.

see the slides/index.html.erb

see the slides_controller see the order and _index: methods
