• Addition of the new update site (version 4.24)

• Hard coding of the replacement versions:
  • org.eclipse.platform:org.eclipse.equinox.preferences:3.10.0
    • -> there was a new version published 3.10.1

Released in 3.37.0. Just FYI, I think the spotless failures are because jmini/main doesn't match goomph/main. If you sync those up, I think the failures will go away in future PRs. diffplug/spotless#1238
