Changed "Ubuntu" to "Debian"
[DOCS UPDATE] Update formatting.md
Since dotnet core 2.2 is out of support I would propose to update script to latest LTS dotnet core version.
Update debian.md
This makes more sense since environment variables and .env file is first mentioned in the section labelled "Environment variables in Compose"
Update use-nfs-volumes.md
* update postgres initialization for compose/django.md * omitted code blocks with postgres ports & comments
