Unexpected missing line with multiline GitHub Callout [v5 Rc-3] #2623

Description

When a multiline GitHub comment with bold text is displayed, the first line is not displayed.

Expected behavior

All lines of a multiline GitHub Callout should be displayed, as is done with Docsify v4.

Actual behavior

Issue with bold text and two paragraphs, where first paragraph is not displayed
