[Test] : e2e tests using cypress

This PR is made as #986 has some issues like

• puppeteer only works for chromium. so we cant do other browser testings and legacy browser
• there are some issue regarding running all the test cases in single browser instance puppeteer is closing the browser before running all the jest tests puppeteer/puppeteer#5274

This PR contains

• added cypress
• live server setup
• snapshot testing https://github.com/palmerhq/cypress-image-snapshot
• dynamic fixture building
• travis update
• more test cases
• github action chore: added github Actions for CI #1000
