What's the problem?

KerbDumpCore target was library and not creating exe file for windows platform.

  • Bugfix
  • New Feature

What's the solution?

Changed target to WinExe output type.

What issue is this related to, if any?

5013445 - changed from Microsoft.NET.Sdk.WindowsDesktop to Microsoft.NET.Sdk.
4c40c78 - changed from WinExe to Library.
