We are currently producing non-working arm and x86 packs for CoreCLR and NativeAOT. We don't have support for these RIDs from dotnet/runtime either, so let's stop producing them.

I also removed @(_AndroidRuntimeNames), as nothing was using it.

We are currently producing non-working `arm` and `x86` packs for
CoreCLR and NativeAOT. We don't have support for these RIDs from
dotnet/runtime either, so let's stop producing them.
I also removed `@(_AndroidRuntimeNames)`, as nothing was using it.
