Remove the BOM from the CMakeLists.txt file, since it is breaking the build in vsts.

Thanks @sfilipi ... I know there are some reasons why BOMs are not totally useless around different cultural interpretations of non-BOMed files, but they're more trouble than they're worth. I wonder if there's a way to configure git to not BOM the files, just as there's a way to handle the unix/windows line endings.

I wonder if there's a way to configure git to not BOM the files, just as there's a way to handle the unix/windows line endings.

Remove the BOM from the CMakeLists.txt file, since it is breaking the build in vsts.

Thanks @sfilipi ... I know there are some reasons why BOMs are not totally useless around different cultural interpretations of non-BOMed files, but they're more trouble than they're worth. I wonder if there's a way to configure git to not BOM the files, just as there's a way to handle the unix/windows line endings.
