System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs.SignedCms failed at Decode as the Asn1Tag class is ContextSpecific instead of Universal #65163

We have a timestampCms given by a real TSA, but it failed when we call System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs.SignedCms.Decode() to decode it.
The failure is caused by the Asn1Tag of the CertificateChoice has the ContextSpecific as the tag class. And seems only Universal is accepted at CertificateChoiceAsn.xml.cs in package System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs (version 5.0.0)

But from T-REC-X.680-201508 sec 8, it looks like other tag classes(e.g. ContextSpecific) should be considered as valid, too. Right?

And it seems there is a PR merged this month, has the change to started to consider other tag classes to be valid.
May I know if the PR has fixed the issue in version 5.0.0?
And which version will be the first version to have this change, so we can change to the new version in our product? Thanks!

                              System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs.SignedCms failed at Decode as the Asn1Tag class is ContextSpecific instead of Universal #65163

                              We have a timestampCms given by a real TSA, but it failed when we call System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs.SignedCms.Decode() to decode it.
                              The failure is caused by the Asn1Tag of the CertificateChoice has the ContextSpecific as the tag class. And seems only Universal is accepted at CertificateChoiceAsn.xml.cs in package System.Security.Cryptography.Pkcs (version 5.0.0)

                              But from T-REC-X.680-201508 sec 8, it looks like other tag classes(e.g. ContextSpecific) should be considered as valid, too. Right?

                              And it seems there is a PR merged this month, has the change to started to consider other tag classes to be valid.
                              May I know if the PR has fixed the issue in version 5.0.0?
                              And which version will be the first version to have this change, so we can change to the new version in our product? Thanks!
