Pull Request Overview

This PR implements a portable RhpNew allocator by adding an actual allocation implementation that calls into the garbage collector, replacing the previous placeholder that only contained an assertion.

  • Implements object allocation logic in RhpNew function

This PR implements a portable RhpNew allocator by adding an actual allocation implementation that calls into the garbage collector, replacing the previous placeholder that only contained an assertion.
Key changes:
  • Implements object allocation logic in RhpNew function
  • Adds helper function _RhpNewObject for allocation with error handling
  • Reorganizes code structure by moving RhExceptionHandling_FailedAllocation function
