It looks like a failure was introduced in this PR that I overlooked. It only fails on linux-x64 Release PortableSourceBuild.

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp, Version=4.6.0.0

This same error was seen in [release/8.0-staging] Update dependencies from dotnet/arcade (dotnet/runtime#122396).
