Now that #128736 is merged, flip JitWasmFunclets default from 0 to 1 so methods with funclets are compiled without the late bailout.

This PR changes the default WebAssembly JIT configuration so that methods containing funclets (EH-related secondary entry points) are no longer forced to bail out as “ReadyToRun unsupported” prior to code generation, enabling codegen to proceed by default under TARGET_WASM.

Changes:

  • Flip the default of JitWasmFunclets from 0 to 1 under TARGET_WASM.
  • Clarify the config comment to explain that setting 0 triggers an early R2R-unsupported bailout before codegen.

Verified current SPMI collection (which did not enable funclets) still replays ok, and local builds of debug and release browser wasm SPC also complete without error (did not check if they are loadable by the runtime yet).

Note JitWasmNyiToR2RUnsupported=1 is still required for crossgen of SPC with a checked JIT. Will work on removing the need for that next.

Hmm, SPMI in CI is not happy. Let me dig in.

Seems like a catch-22 for diffs because the baseline jit still has the funclet bailout. It should go away once this PR is merged and the baseline jit has this bailout disabled as well. Or so we can hope.

This PR changes the default WebAssembly JIT configuration so that methods containing funclets (EH-related secondary entry points) are no longer forced to bail out as “ReadyToRun unsupported” prior to code generation, enabling codegen to proceed by default under TARGET_WASM.
Changes:
  • Flip the default of JitWasmFunclets from 0 to 1 under TARGET_WASM.
  • Clarify the config comment to explain that setting 0 triggers an early R2R-unsupported bailout before codegen.

Verified current SPMI collection (which did not enable funclets) still replays ok, and local builds of debug and release browser wasm SPC also complete without error (did not check if they are loadable by the runtime yet).
Note JitWasmNyiToR2RUnsupported=1 is still required for crossgen of SPC with a checked JIT. Will work on removing the need for that next.

Seems like a catch-22 for diffs because the baseline jit still has the funclet bailout. It should go away once this PR is merged and the baseline jit has this bailout disabled as well. Or so we can hope.

Enable wasm funclets by default

Flip JitWasmFunclets default from 0 to 1 so methods with funclets are compiled by the wasm JIT rather than bailing to R2R unsupported before codegen.

Verified current SPMI collection (which did not enable funclets) still replays ok, and local builds of debug and release browser wasm SPC also complete without error (did not check if they are loadable by the runtime yet).
Note JitWasmNyiToR2RUnsupported=1 is still required for crossgen of SPC with a checked JIT. Will work on removing the need for that next.

Seems like a catch-22 for diffs because the baseline jit still has the funclet bailout. It should go away once this PR is merged and the baseline jit has this bailout disabled as well. Or so we can hope.
