The work items for these configurations are failing at a high rate and causing numerous retries. Disabling temporarily to see if that helps queue traffic stabilize.

The work items for these configurations are failing at a high rate and causing numerous retries. Disabling temporarily to see if that helps queue traffic stabilize.
