Fixes#90899

When T awaiter implements IStateMachineBoxAwareAwaiter (ValueTask) this function still emits allocations in Tier0. A minimal repro is illustrated in #90965

Fixes #90899

When T awaiter implements IStateMachineBoxAwareAwaiter (ValueTask) this function still emits allocations in Tier0. A minimal repro is illustrated in #90965

Fixes#90899
When T awaiter implements IStateMachineBoxAwareAwaiter (ValueTask) this function still emits allocations in Tier0. A minimal repro is illustrated in #90965
