I think this should be an && between username and password.

It was always || in all versions on .NET. It's not like empty user name with non-empty password, or vice versa, makes any sense.

It was always || in all versions on .NET. It's not like empty user name with non-empty password, or vice versa, makes any sense.

It was always || in all versions on .NET. It's not like empty user name with non-empty password, or vice versa, makes any sense.

It was always || in all versions on .NET. It's not like empty user name with non-empty password, or vice versa, makes any sense.

It was always || in all versions on .NET. It's not like empty user name with non-empty password, or vice versa, makes any sense.

It was always || in all versions on .NET. It's not like empty user name with non-empty password, or vice versa, makes any sense.
