Customer Impact

In certain cases, when some HW intrinsics end up with their value unused, the JIT may generate invalid internal IR that can result in unpredictable behavior.

Testing

Manually verified this fixes the Antigen test case.

Risk

Low.

In certain cases, when some HW intrinsics end up with their value unused, the JIT may generate invalid internal IR that can result in unpredictable behavior.
Testing
Manually verified this fixes the Antigen test case.
Risk
Low.
