背景

结合 QwenLM/qwen-code#6378、原始设计文档与 main@401170d488 的最新实现，对 multi-workspace closeout 做了一次补充一致性审计。现有 per-runtime single-workspace bridge 方向保持不变，但共享状态 ownership、runtime lifecycle 和跨进程失败路径仍需要更明确的协议。

变更

  • 新增 daemon multi-workspace 专题目录，并接入 feature 与 daemon/serve 总览索引。
  • 汇总最新代码证据、两维 ownership 模型、优先级、兼容性边界与实施拆分。
  • 分别设计 user/workspace permission 的提交与 execution-start 一致性、global Skill 的 destination/source/事务/catalog 一致性，以及 workspace roots、draining、quarantine 和 unclean-launch journal。
  • 补充 Web Shell/Voice captured target、mixed-version fail-closed 行为和 REST/ACP rate-limit identity 收口方案。
  • 覆盖并发、commit ambiguity、process crash、cross-daemon freshness、stale runtime、API migration、TOCTOU 与 deterministic E2E barriers。
