I just run your cloned code on Heroku but it never works / it just shows 'starting to generate frames!' on heroku logs --tails
any suggestions ? does your code on Heroku site is exactly the same as in your git repository ?

Yes. I just checked my heroku setup and it looks like the version deployed is a27d35f, which matches the last commit I made in 2017.
