Make Repository.queryRaw adapter-aware across Cosmos, SQLite, and Postgres

rawQuery previously assumed a Cosmos-centric shape, which made adapter support uneven and blocked SQL backends from providing native raw execution. This updates the contract and store behavior so queryRaw works with whichever DB adapter is loaded, with optional backend-specific handlers.
