Changes Summary

  • Replaced Etcher with:
    • Rufus on Windows
    • Impression on Linux
    • mac OS
  • Added new png files that are referenced in the installation guide
  • Removed old, unused png files

macOS hasn't been done, not sure we've indicated which alternative we want to use there. I have a mac if we want some screenshots, otherwise comments have been corrected.
