/usr/bin/node^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory #400

Description

@mavit

Apologies, pull request #398 did not do the trick. With version 0.12.6 as downloaded from NPM, I still see the following error when trying to run eask as a script:

/usr/bin/eask: /usr/bin/node^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

I have worked around this by running dos2unix eask.js, but I thought it was worth mentioning in case it causes other people difficulties.
