63 of 192 tests failed.

Hi,

Thanks for the repo. I compiled it by running configure and make, all good.
But when I tried make check, 63 of them failed.
Is this as expected? Will this introduce some issues?

Honestly, I compile my program by VS Studio in Windows, so I'm not sure whether "make check" fails will introduce some issues. You can refer to Issue 1 to see the problem met in Linux system.
