Instruction Count Mismatch

When using the attached configuration, and trying to match the two class_00acb578::class_00acb578() functions (hidden for the base object), there's a 'Instruction Count Mismatch' error. Pretty sure this is related to #181, and the commit introduced to fix that issue didn't fix everything.

base.o was creating using armcc, and target.o was created with a splitting script.

Correction, this bug only occurs when using 'Combine text sections'

Specifically, this bug seems to occur when one of the two symbols is from a combined text section, but the matching symbol on the other side is from an uncombined section. The target object has only one text section and thus doesn't need to be combined - if I disable the logic objdiff has that avoids pointlessly combining a single text section, then both sides are marked as "[combined]", and the "instruction count mismatch" error doesn't happen.
