The published v0.2.0 asset exposed GitVersion 5.12 tag handling as an internal-version mismatch: the DLL reported 0.3.0. This removes the nondeterministic build-time version generator, sets 0.2.1 explicitly, reads mod version from assembly metadata, and makes tag builds fail if the tag and assembly version differ. The v0.2.0 asset is left immutable; v0.2.1 will be the corrective release. Local format/build and all 9 tests pass, with assembly version 0.2.1.
