Since actions/upload-artifactv4.4.0, hidden files are excluded by default. This PR specifically sets the include-hidden-files parameter to True to ensure all behaviour remains the same as before.

Since actions/upload-artifactv4.4.0, hidden files are excluded by default. This PR specifically sets the include-hidden-files parameter to True to ensure all behaviour remains the same as before.
