This PR moves the backend tests from backend/app/tests to backend/tests.

Motivation:

  • It's the conventional location for Python tests
  • Currently, test files are included into the coverage report that makes it harder to analyze

This PR moves the backend tests from backend/app/tests to backend/tests.
Motivation:
  • It's the conventional location for Python tests
  • Currently, test files are included into the coverage report that makes it harder to analyze
