Considering the fact that Python 3.8 still seems to be used quite a lot, we're currently only removing support for Python 3.7.

This PR also enables griffe-typingdoc.

Considering the fact that Python 3.8 still seems to be used quite a lot, we're currently only removing support for Python 3.7.
This PR also enables griffe-typingdoc.
