Change summary

This PR is a follow up to #1803, which further updates the metadata.json file. The specifics of this change cover the recently moved sub-commands under service.

docs(metadata): expand service subcommands and fix stale API links
f6d2fdb
- Move acl, acl-entry, backend, dictionary, dictionary-entry, healthcheck,
logging, vcl, and service-version metadata under the service key to match
the current command hierarchy
- Add missing service subcommands: alert, auth, imageoptimizer, purge,
rate-limit, resource-link, and version (with stage/unstage/validate)
- Update top-level domain to the versionless domain management API
(/domain-management/domains/)
- Add grafanacloudlogs and newrelicotlp logging providers; remove stale
logentries provider

Change summary
This PR is a follow up to #1803, which further updates the metadata.json file. The specifics of this change cover the recently moved sub-commands under service.

docs(metadata): expand service subcommands and fix stale API links
f6d2fdb
- Move acl, acl-entry, backend, dictionary, dictionary-entry, healthcheck,
logging, vcl, and service-version metadata under the service key to match
the current command hierarchy
- Add missing service subcommands: alert, auth, imageoptimizer, purge,
rate-limit, resource-link, and version (with stage/unstage/validate)
- Update top-level domain to the versionless domain management API
(/domain-management/domains/)
- Add grafanacloudlogs and newrelicotlp logging providers; remove stale
logentries provider

Maybe service vcl describe (https://www.fastly.com/documentation/reference/api/vcl-services/vcl#get-custom-vcl-generated) could be added as well?
