I design and direct digital systems that connect operations, automation, AI, data and governance.
My background combines more than 10 years of operational leadership — including multi-site portfolios of up to AUD 10M, 70 locations and 150 team members — with responsibility for the architecture and delivery of the FGSS digital ecosystem.
My work focuses on defining how systems should operate: their boundaries, interfaces, decision rules, controls, evidence and delivery path. I coordinate implementation with AI-assisted tools and evaluate the result against operational, security and business requirements. My role centres on architecture, direction, governance and technical delivery.
