Projects in my repository are split into two categories: my personnal project and projects I work with/for my students as an assistant professor in biostatistics and artificial intelligence.

Project I made for my student:

• 🔹 HappyFish – Android Application using flutter for data collection (tabular + photos)
• 🔹 ensahvtoolssurvey – Web application survey PWA-compatible

Personnal projects:

• 🔹 finder – Python web application for matching job applications with candidate cvs. Used Word-2-Vec for word-embedding and cosine-similarity to estimate best fit. Also use game-theory to optimize recruiter-candidate satisfaction.

• 🔹 document_ai_models – Python web-application for NER (Named Entity Recognition). I trained and two-staged classifier (Detection and Classification).

• 🔹 Cartography – Python web application for remote sensing. Using flask to api dev, vanilla javascript/css/html5 for front-end dev, and using SQLite and storage and tabular data.
