Summary

  • Adds an okf-bundle/, OKF fundamentals (policy, allowlisted commands, change loop, validation, e2e), re-derived for Gradle/Android CI rather than ported wholesale.
  • Documents Android + Auth-emulator e2e CI job shape, per-module notes (auth/firestore/database/storage/common), and repo tooling pointers.
  • Encodes durable-vs-ephemeral / work-queue patterns without inventing empty migration queues; avoids false-green empty unit suites for :common / :database.

Summary

  • Adds an okf-bundle/, OKF fundamentals (policy, allowlisted commands, change loop, validation, e2e), re-derived for Gradle/Android CI rather than ported wholesale.
  • Documents Android + Auth-emulator e2e CI job shape, per-module notes (auth/firestore/database/storage/common), and repo tooling pointers.
  • Encodes durable-vs-ephemeral / work-queue patterns without inventing empty migration queues; avoids false-green empty unit suites for :common / :database.
