Replace gsutil with gcloud storage in load testing docs - #705

The gsutil commands are deprecated in favor of 'gcloud storage'. The '-m' flag is gone because 'gcloud storage' parallelizes by default. While here, I also fixed some typos in the README appendix and replace the stale gsutil quickstart link with the current gcloud object storage documentation page.
