Switching to "All frames" is very slow in this profile (half the time spent in restoreAllFunctionsInCallPath)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load https://share.firefox.dev/4dMpmxP
2. Click "All frames".

It takes 1.3 seconds on my very fast machine. That's too slow.

Oh, I think part of the problem here is that the "focus on self" transform doesn't remove dropped stacks from the stack table. I think those "dropped" stacks all become root stacks that aren't actually referenced by any samples or markers. And then those root stacks probably become many root call nodes.
