fishR Core Team

rFAMS (Fisheries Analysis and Modeling Simulator in R) simulates the dynamics of exploited fish populations using the Jones modification of the Beverton-Holt equilibrium yield equation to compute yield-per-recruit and dynamic pool models.

FSA (Fisheries Stock Assessment) package provides R functions to conduct typical introductory fisheries analyses.

This package helps fisheries scientists collect growth data from calcified structures and back-calculate estimated lengths at previous ages. The package is intended to replace much of the functionality provided by the now out-dated fishBC software.

FSAdata contains data for use in common fisheries stock analyses. See installation instructions further below.
