The four scripts/ entries become thin wrappers over the sibling private andrewtheguy/devtools repo, parameterized by the new .devtools.conf; the shared run-device drops this repo's bash-4-only mapfile for the portable read loop. Verified: bump-jnilibs.sh v0.0.43 reproduces the committed pin exactly (versionCode +1 only, by design; reverted).
