[camera_android_camerax] Add AGENTS.md

Adds AGENTS.md to give camera_android_camerax-specific context and guidance on how to make high quality contributions to the package.

Code Review

This pull request adds an AGENTS.md guide to provide AI agents with repository-specific context for the camera_android_camerax package, and updates the package version to 0.7.5. High level feedback this is much longer than an initial draft I thinks should be. Following the guidance in https://www.kaggle.com/whitepaper-the-new-SDLC-with-vibe-coding I think we should try to make this as short as we can since every token is an overhead in every conversation.
